Khilafah itu sistem tercanggih pada masanya yaitu masa Pemerintahan Rasulullah Saw sebab pada saat itu masyarakatnya masih primitif. Tapi saat ini sistem Demokrasi lebih baik setingkat di atas Khilafah atau setidaknya sama, tapi Demokrasi juklak dan juknisnya jauh lebih lengkap.
