With great sadness we announce that Shaykh Nazim Adil Haqqani (rah) (a Sufi Master and a distinguished decendent from the lineage of Ahle Bayt (as) has passed away with his janaza being today in Cyprus. Please do Fatiha and Yasin for him. Shaykh Nazim converted thousands of people in the West into Islam with his Zawiyah's stretching from East to West. He traveled across Turkey giving the Azaan when it was officially banned. A remarkable Wali of Allah mashallah.
Shaykh Abdallah El-Haddad traces his descendant to Shaykh Mawla Idris of Morrocco from the line of Ahle Bayt (as). His students are actively managing the Risalah Foundation in Toronto. http://www.risalah.ca/
