apa sih yang disebut HUKUM asal itu?

Apakah hak waris anak perempuan separuh bagian anak laki-laki itu hukum asal?
Ataukah anak perempuan tidak kebagian warisan itulah yang "hukum asal" yang kemudian diubah oleh gerakan emansipasi oleh Nabi Muhammad?
 
Apakah memperbolehkan perempuan bekerja di luar rumah, sama dengan haknya laki-laki, itu persamaan hak semau gue?
Ataukah persamaan hak itu maksudnya laki-laki bebas bekerja di luar, sama-sama dengan perempuan "bebas" bekerja di sektor domestik?

Yang jelas bukan persamaan haknya yang ditolak, tapi persamaan hak semau gue yang akhirnya tak sesuai dengan HUKUM asal; ada banyak cara untuk kesamaan; tapi jelas tidak akan pas semua; karena tetap saja wanita berbeda dengan pria. Dimana perbedaan tersebut, menyebabkan ada sedikit perbedaan kepentingan.

dengan meningkatnya waktu, mungkin saja kepentingan wanita hampir sama dengan kepentingan pria; maka mungkin saja yang dimaksud persamaan hak, akan lebih berubah lagi.
