In the name of God,most gracious and most merciful.
Islam is the religion of gentility,beauty,and art. harsh speech ha no place in Islam.
As ALLAH said;
Allah loveth not the utterance of harsh speech save by one who hath been wronged. Allah is ever Hearer, Knower.QS 4: (148)
It is part of the Mercy of Allah that thou dost deal gently with them. Wert thou severe or harsh-hearted they would have broken away from about thee; so pass over (their faults), and ask for (Allah's) forgiveness for them; and consult them in affairs (of moment). Qs 3:159.
NOTE.
Kalau ada orang2 yang berbicara kasar ,buruk dan menyakiti,sesungguhnya mereka itu tidak mengerti Islam dengan baik,atau orang2 munafik, atau srigala berbulu domba yang masuk Islam untuk tujuan merusak image Islam yang suci.
