I agree with Dr. Shabbir Sb, its my own experience that there is no socialism/human right in gulf countries specially in KSA.
but still we from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh are routed to that region only for our better earnings.
The only thing one should think of Saudi Arabia is to perform Umrah, Haj & Ziyarat.
 
Some of the so called Kafeels are BASTARDS (sorry to say bad words but its true) and even general company's HR policies are as bad as a normal person will feel in Jail while working.
 
Now the time has come when we should understand that there is something called freedom which is more important than handsome earnings.
 
We pray to Allah to sort out our brother problems, and give all of us Barkat in Rizk in our respective countries itself.

As Salam Alikum Warhamatullah,

 

One of our Muslim (Indian) brother is working as house driver here in Riyadh. The contract is finished but his Kafeel is not sending him for vacation nor on exit. Advice me brother what we can do for him by any legal way.

 

There is a big store of his problem like his wife is sick in India and family problem for which he needs to go urgent but subhalllah what we can say.
